How to send outsourcing work to us?

You can submit work requests to DelhiNet LPO via any of the following means

Phone: Clients may always call their contact(s), in the U.S

E-mail: Clients may e-mail requests to lpo@delhinet.com and may at their discretion copy any DelhiNet LPO team member or manager. All e-mails to projects@delhinetlpo.com are tracked internally through DelhiNet LPO (Outsourcing Commercial Services) project management and workflow system.

In addition, once a client relationship is established, we will encourage the use of one or more client-dedicated e-mail addresses. Using these dedicated addresses, client requests and communications will be automatically received by the project management and workflow system and are immediately available for review by all personnel staffed on the project.

Fax: Work requests may be submitted via fax to DelhiNet LPO U.S. electronic fax (eFax) line, which will deliver the submission via e-mail to our India and Virginia offices. Faxes will be automatically routed through DelhiNet LPO (Outsourcing Commercial Services) project management and workflow system.

FTP: Clients may submit projects directly to DelhiNet LPO server via File Transfer Protocol (FTP). Our internal information technology staff will be available to assist clients in coordinating delivery through this channel. The FTP address and access codes will be made available through client contact in the U.S.

Direct: Retrieval from Client Servers: Certain larger clients may want to grant DelhiNet LPO direct access to their servers, via a VPN or comparable secure-access method. We can setup specific communication channels with clients seeking this option and have their internal information technology personnel coordinate with our information technology staff to ensure a smooth flow of information.
